Danseuse professionnelle, elle a dansé pour des artistes tels que Christina Aguilera, Janet Jackson, Missy Elliott et Ricky Martin.
Elle se fait connaître, auprès du grand public, en étant l'héroïne du film d'horreur Tamara (2005) et de la comédie musicale Sexy Dance (2006).
Elle a été à l'affiche des séries télévisées fantastique Witches of East End (2013-2014) diffusée sur Lifetime puis de Supergirl (2015-2016) diffusé sur The CW. Elle participe à la deuxième saison de The Resident (2018-2019) et fait partie de la distribution de la série Soundtrack, diffusée sur Netflix (2019).
