We prepare lists of all manner of facts and things and make them votable and commentable. This lets users create dynamic rankings that change and reflect changing trends and opinions over time.
There will be no "wacky lists" involving celebrities or present events that exist purely for fleeting enjoyment. ListVote lists only verifyable, lasting facts. Think "Wikipedia of Lists".
The ListVote web site is unpretentious and as simple as "List. Vote. Learn." or "Facts. Opinions. Engagement." In this simple and engaging manner, users create an opinion layer over the factual universe that is dynamic, always recent and zoomable over a variety of aspects, such as time, place, relevance, language and relations with other topics etc.

The list could surely go on, and there is nothing more wonderful than a list, instrument of wondrous hypotyposis.― Umberto Eco, The Name of the Rose
